Hi Team,
I keep running into the same errors ( Rest & Rest Features) with the data modeling final assessment and would appreciate your guidance on where I am getting this wrong. !

Hi Ryan,

For the both of these fields, make sure you are adding separate items for each feature, rather than putting them all in one option.

As an example, the restaurant type field should look like the below:

How do I edit the “Restaurant Features” in the Custom Entity Type to input the field specifications? I think I made the mistake of not clicking “Apply” before saving because the specifications like Live Music, Dog Friendly, Takes Reservations, and more are not in there. Thanks!

Hi Patrick,

It looks like one of your specifications for ‘Restaurant Type’ isn’t an exactly match — you have ‘Dine-In Restaurant’, when it should be ‘Dine-in Restaurant’ with a lowercase i. The options for your Restaurant features look correct.

After you fix the the Restaurant Feature options, let me know what happens when you resubmit.

Hi, it’s still coming up wrong. I think I might have figured it out. It doesn’t look like the “Promoting Events” field is included in the Restaurant entity type. How do I add an existing field to another entity type? Maybe that’s what it was?

This unit has information on assigning a Custom Field to an entity type: Custom Fields | Hitchhikers. You can see it in the video, or in step 7: “You can easily add or remove it from Entity Types later from the Custom Field > Edit Field screen or from the Manage Entity Types > Edit Fields on Type screen.”

Were you able to complete this challenge? It looks like everything is coming back correctly in your account. If not, let me know which specific errors you are seeing in your report card.

Hi, i have added Local Non-Profits to the Community Story type, still i am getting wrong in the report card “Create the Local Non-Profits custom field”. Could you please assist me with this?

I have deleted the custom field and added again. It worked now.
