I keep getting a report card that says “Create the Delivery Disclaimer custom field” and “Add all the new fields to the Restaurant entity type” yet I have done both. I’ve checked spelling and can’t find anything incorrect.

You’re close! See the last few steps you need to complete the challenge below:
Create Delivery Disclaimer Field - in the instructions, it asks you to set the maximum character length to 200 chars.
Add all the new fields to the Restaurant entity Type - you need to enable the Promoting Events field for the restaurant entity type.
