Direct Answer not Populating for Credit Cards

Hello,

I am trying to populate Direct Answer for Credit Card benefits but not sure what I am doing wrong. Here is a screenshot of the locode config UI… For the location phone number field, I didn’t have to do anything else and it’s working but wondering if there is anything else I need to do?

Hey @Sarah_Bokhari - as discussed, the queries you were testing were not resolving to a single entity for the vertical with the direct answer configuration. Soon we will have a new algorithm feature rolled out that will return more direct answers (and the query will not have to resolve to a single entity), so stay tuned for more updates there!
