Does Salesforce Service Cloud work for Partner Portal?

Hi, will the Service Cloud app installation work for a client that has a sub-account within a Partner Portal?

Hi Liz,

This would definitely work for a Partner sub-account. You would just need to log into each sub-account individually to OAuth into each brand’s Service Cloud instance so that you are pulling in the right articles for each brand.
