The new Salesforce Service Cloud app syncs support content like Knowledge Articles from Service Cloud into Yext, so you can use it to power a cutting-edge search experience for your customers or support team with Yext.
To leverage this app:

Click Knowledge Graph in the top navigation bar and click on the + Add Data button.

Select Salesforce Service Cloud as your Connector Source.

Click Install on Yext.

Use your Service Cloud log credentials to authorize the app to access your Yext and Salesforce accounts.

You then will be prompted to map your Knowledge Article fields in Salesforce to your Help Article fields in Yext. This is to ensure that the content appears where you want it to.

Select the Salesforce channels from which you would like the app to pull your Knowledge Articles.
Once you complete all of these steps, your Knowledge Articles will be pulled into the Yext Knowledge Graph as entities.
