Is it correct that always only one can make changes in the search config since always the newest configuration version forms the basis? As soon as one saves something in the query rules, a new version is created and the “other editor” optimizes on the old version! Is there a way around this problem? Thank you for your help!
Hi Giang,
You can set the configuration label to the versions you want to use for your staging and production links. If you make changes, but want to use a previous version, you can change the label to the version number you want to use. Additionally in Test Search, you are able to pick any version number, not just what is on either staging or production. As mentioned in the unit linked, we recommend setting staging to “LATEST” so you can test new changes and setting production to a specific version that has been fully QA’d.
