Google Data Studio connector authorization error


We are trying to give our agency access to the Yext Analytics connector for Google Data Studio (they have their own Yext login with full account access), but they are getting this error. Any ideas how to resolve this? I had them follow the steps to revoke access after they tried logging into the wrong account in order to clear the connection, but they continue receiving this message.

Sorry for the delay in getting back to you. :slight_smile: This might be something with Google Data Studio specifically and not the Yext app. Here’s the steps I would take:

  1. Do the revoking steps again to fully remove the Yext Analytics app from the Google account they want to do the data analysis in.
  2. Open a new incognito window. Log into the Yext account where the data is and the Google account they want to pull the data in. Make sure that in that window they are logged out of all their Google/Gmail accounts before they start the process of installing the app again.

Can you try those two things and let me know how that goes?
