Hide vertical without content

Hi there,

I’m creating a template for several answers experiences (scalable for partners). We want to include a range of verticals to choose from if content/entities for these exist.
Adding all verticals to a templated repo will make them all appear in the tabs.

Is there a way to make verticals disappear/hide that don’t have any entities in the KG?

Hi Laura,

We don’t have a way of automatically deleting verticals that do not have content from the frontend or backend. We also don’t want to delete it automatically in the case that an experience doesn’t have content to begin with but plans to add it later.

Once you apply the template, you’ll have to go in and delete the verticals you don’t need. Our Solution Templates work the same way.

thanks for getting back to me. I don’t necessarily want to delete any verticals but just hide them in the frontend if they don’t have content. We’re trying to build a 1-fits-all solution for SMBs where the frontend would adjust itself to the content that is available in the KG.
I guess this is not available yet but would be a great feature generally. Do you think this has a chance as a product request? We need this to create a scalable product for partner.
