How to add Custom Title Icons in Jambo

Hi Team,

I’m trying to add custom Title icons to my Answers experience that are more in line with my company’s branding. I saw this post which explains how we previously were able to add custom icons in AEB.

Using the knowledge I’ve gained about Jambo from taking the training modules, I tried modifying the steps in the post above to include the custom icons in my experience. However, the image does not appear in the experience, there is blank white space instead.

I uploaded the .svg file ‘Calculator.svg’ in the Static > Assets > Images folder in my Repo. Then, in the Calculator config file, I referenced the image in the verticalsToConfig section under iconUrl (see below).

Does anyone know what I’m doing wrong / why the icon would not be appearing given the steps I’ve taken above?

Hey Austin,

Not sure if you got this solved yet or not, but this seems to be unexpected behavior. I just tested this functionality on a demo account and didn’t have an issue. Would you mind send me the link to the Pages code editor for this site?

This could potentially be a case of the filename differing slightly, e.g., “Calculator.svg” vs. “calculator.svg”
