I need this field to create the seasonal template however system is not allowing me to create this field

Looks like a field with exact same name is already available. Have you checked the Restaurant Entity Type in your account to confirm.
It is not available there as well as the field is not at all available.
In the error itself it is stated it is a reserved field … May i know why it is reserved field???
Basically this one is referring “Featured Message” field only. While you will create the Seasonal Content template by adding Featured Message field you will be having options to add description and URL there. To refer the respective values for them, it has been mentioned here in this manner.
So there is not any need to create any field for URL specifically.
