Increasing the Hardcoded Prompt Limit

Hi Team,

Is it possible to increase the limit of hardcoded prompts that can appear upon a user clicking into the search bar? As I understand it, the limit today is 10 hardcoded prompts, but would love to know if. there is a way to increase that.

Hi Brad,

We have a limit of 10 hardcoded prompts because we believe more than that and they would lose their value to the end user. That said, we have some exciting updates coming out in mid-December for Query Suggestions that will allow you to add more “ad-lib style” prompts. Stay tuned!

Hey Rimi,

I don’t believe we are planning on increasing the number of hardcoded prompts from 10 in the UI!

As Liz mentioned having more than 10 would begin to overwhelm the user and thus lose value.

Having said that, you can increase this number by using madlibs e.g. ( [[name]] ) which would auto-populate based on the number of entities in your KG.
