Module 6 -Final Assessment - Error when uploading banner image

Hi!
I’m trying to complete the module 6 - Final assessment but I get an error message when trying to upload the background image on Banner Image Module. The error states ‘incompatible photo’ and ‘internal server error’. Is this something that can be fixed?
