OLO Integration to Create Menu Item Entities

Hi,

I have a client looking to use their existing OLO integration to create menu item entities for Answers. Their OLO integration created ECLs on their existing location entities, but they’d like to use this integration to also power menu item entities. Is there a way to use this integration and have the knowledge graph update when menu updates are made in OLO?

Hi Kara -

The Olo app can only pull in menus as ECLs, not as entities within the Knowledge Graph. That being said, if updates are made to menus within Olo, the corresponding ECL would update within Yext as well.

Hey Julian! Do we have any plans to update the Olo integration to support Menu Entities? Just wondering if we can tell this client whether or not it is on our roadmap.

Hey Jessie -

As of now I don’t believe that’s on the roadmap. We may add the ability to sync location hours from Olo to Yext, but that’s still being discussed as well. If anything changes, I’ll let you know!
