Hi all,

Several clients have asked for specifications around the following components:

  • Image dimensions for entity cards (think Products, People, etc)
  • Recommended character limits for the following sections: Title, Subtitle, Description (note: we’d still offer the option to expand to view more text)
  • Recommended item count for number of ‘feature’ bullets shown in a Services or Features section of a card

For one of my clients, I’m suggesting the below as a starting point:

  • 1:1 images for Plans cards (they can provide them at 1000px by 1000px size)
  • 75 characters recommended for short text like Title, 250 characters recommended for longer text like description
  • Targetting 3-5 bullets under the ‘Services’ for a specific Plan offered

Is there is a recommended best practice for CTA character length limit in Answers?

Hello all!

I have similar questions from a client requesting more information about our field character limits or any recommended character limits. They are specifically asking about the Title, Subtitle, Description, and CTAs. Any best practices on character limit would be super helpful to know!
