We have been trying to develop reports in the analytics tab to add them too a dashboard. This way we can send out our dashboards to leadership with all of the reports we build together. However, when we are adding the reports to our dashboard, the dates are being reverted back to 12 weeks. We have one dashboard for 30 days and one for the last year, however the date range changes every time we send it to dashboard. If we go into dashboards and edit the date range for that moment, once we email out the dashboard the date reverts. How can we solve this issue?
Hi Ben! When you set the date range on your dashboard, are you clicking the Save as Default button in the upper left? This will prevent the date ranges from reverting as you described.
