Review Generation - Module 8 - Module Assessment 500 error

Hi All,

I’m working through the Review Generation module assessment. When going to the Reviews tab, I don’t see a sub-tab for ‘Generation’. Manually setting the url as https://sandbox.yext.com/s/2520667/reviews/generation leads to a 500 error. Any idea what could be causing this?

I’m also getting the same error! When I click on the Review Generation link on the Account Settings page it is taking me to https://sandbox.yext.com/s/2520645/account/consumerfeedback

I’m still having issues with reviews sending an email review to me with the desired settings. When using the review generation url in the platform as a backup, it hasn’t worked for me.

We’re looking into this issue - you should be able to use the review generation URL to submit a review successfully, but we’re investigating why the email isn’t being sent. Will keep you updated!

The first time I tried it, the email didn’t send. I was able to submit a review via the review generation URL, but that didn’t seem to count for the test case. I was able to restart the challenge sandbox environment and send the email though and was then able to complete the assessment.

I am getting the same error. I tried with both the link in the email and the review generation url in the entity and they both gave the 500 error. I had to clear the cache to make the “Reviews” tab appear, but I am not sure if that has anything to do with this problem.

How should I go about solving this issue? I am immobilized until this is solved

I dug into this and I also encountered the same issue with the 500 error when I tried to access the URL. I escalated this issue to our engineering team, and I will let you know once I hear back and this is resolved so you can complete the challenge!
