Hi All,
I’m having trouble with finishing step 11 of the Assessment.
Looks to me I have filtered the entities correctly, exported them, and named them accurately but for some reason not getting it marked as completed when submitting.
Can someone please assist?
Hi Tom!
It looks like you had 5 saved entity exports with the same name so the system was evaluating the latest one (which only had entity ID field in it). I went ahead and deleted the extra ones and tested your account - it should successfully submit now! If you added those additional saved exports then this should be expected behavior.
Thanks!
Liz
Hi Liz,
I’m having the same issue, except I only have a single saved report:
Hi David,
I’m only able to find one account for your user for the review generation module and it is expired. I think you’ll need to restart the challenge and then try to re-submit.
Thanks!
Liz
Hi Liz,
I’m happy to redo it, but all the info is still saved in that account. Is there a way to clear it out so I can truly start again?
Thanks!
Hi David,
To restart, you can click “Start Challenge” on the module – this will generate a new account for you. Your old account has now expired.
Thanks!
Liz
ok, thanks. I also needed to undo the steps I had previous taken, but it works now!
Hi Liz,
I have the same problem. I have submitted multiple times, but it doesn’t work for me. My challenge account expires in 4 days. I hope you can help me!
Hi @Kars_Vliek ,
We extended the expiration date for your challenge account! What errors are you seeing when you try to submit?
When i try to submit i see a error that i didn’t save it the correct way. ‘’ Save your Review Generation URL export as Restaurant Review Generation URLs ‘’ It gives me a error but i saved it multiple times. I hope you can help me!
Hi @Kars_Vliek ,
I took a look and it does not look like the export configuration is saved. Take another look at step 12 and try to do it again and see if that helps!
Let me know if you have further questions.
Best,
Melissa
Hi!
I’m having an issue with submitting a review using the review generation invitation. From the email invitation, when I click “Submit a Review” it brings me to this page: Feedback which is an error message for an Invalid SSL certificate. Any help would be much appreciated!
Thanks,
Rhea
Hi Rhea,
Thanks for reaching out! This looks like a bug - I have forwarded this along to our engineering team to take a look! Once we hear back I will follow up so you can proceed with the challenge.
I have also extended the deadline for your challenge account so you will be able to pick up right where you left off!
Hi Rhea,
Following up on this, as I have heard back from our engineering team, and this should be resolved! Let us know if you’re still having any issues with the link.
