I am currently doing both the Listing Expert and Assessment Expert syllabi. With both, I keep having the problem of doing it as instructed and submitting it, with the result that it doesn’t count as passed. Since I mostly do copy paste, it can’t be the spelling and the other errors described don’t show up either. I do the challenges mostly in English and mostly it works out that way then always. But it accumulates now that one has made it and it is not accepted. I always consult your help page and have followed the described solution. But even then it does not work. Challenges affected: module 12 embedded fields, module 13 single-entity templates, module 14 palmed updates. modul 16 Saved Filters.
I really don’t know what to do. And I am urgently asking for help.

Sorry you’re having trouble with a couple of challenges! Happy to help and I have extended the expiration on these accounts while we work through these.
- Module 12 Embedded Fields - Our grading rules are spacing sensitive. for this one, the issue was have a paragraph break before “Visit us in [[address.city]], [[address.region]] today!” I removed the space and it’s passing all the rules now
- Module 13 - looking into this
- Module 14 - this is missing the scheduled update for the phone number on this entity. Please add that and then it should pass.
- Module 16 - looking into this

For Module 16 - the issue is the Saved Filter is missing the Entity Type for Restaurants as part of the filter: https://sandbox.yext.com/s/3209376/entities2#p0=entity~boolean~location.closed&p1=no&p2=&p3=&selectedSavedFilterId=220765
Once you add that you should pass!

I want to upload the job file and add all the required fields. The ones that are added according to the instructions and the ones that are missing according to the table. When the file is uploaded, errors occur. Which is not bad. But the error is always that the field does not exist in the file. Which can not be. Because you create them separately. What could be wrong here?

For Module 14, did you try adding the phone number update on Jun 8?
Make sure to select June 8 on Entity 1000 on the right hand side (see arrow) and then click “Schedule Update”
