In the Search Tracker configuration, Secondary Category has been selected as Location Keyword but I can’t find searches or any analytics reporting on ranking for those keywords.

The results are reported on in Search Tracker Analytics but only for the primary category keyword searches.

Can you confirm whether the locations themselves have at least one additional category set, and an example value if so?
While a primary category is required when setting category for entities, additional categories are optional and may be left blank - and if they are left blank, then the secondary category label is not expected to appear on search tracker.
Additionally, if you could also provide your business ID from the URL of your account (https://www.yext.com/s/[BUSINESS ID]/...) I’d be happy to look in more detail as well.

Hi Alex, sorry for not seeing your reply sooner - yes, at least one of the locations I looked at definitely has more than a primary category but still doesn’t have any data for secondary category anywhere in Search Tracker. If you’d like to send me a message on slack I can give you the admin link.

Thanks for providing the info, and for your patience while we looked into this! As it turns out, Secondary Category was deprecated a while back, and we now only support Name and Primary Category as Location Keywords.
Secondary Category was incorrectly not removed from the Search Tracker options in Entity Edit - we will be correcting this and removing this option shortly.
