SOS, Unable to add categories

Hello. Normally, when you attempt to add a category, you type into a text box and a drop down appears with suggested categories. You then select the category you’re looking for. This drop down is failing to function. I get the “keep typing to…” message in the drop down and then sometimes it goes away too as I keep typing. I’ve tried just typing the category in verbatim and hitting enter but no luck. I have cleared my cached and done a hard reload multiple times. Chrome, Windows 10. Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone have any suggested solutions? I submitted a support ticket last night but haven’t heard back yet and this completely derails our onboarding process. Any suggestions in the meantime are appreciated.
