Hi there - one of my clients wants their top FAQ to always be “open” (ie: how it looks after the user clicks to expand the accordion) but the others to stay closed. How would I go about implementing this in the front end?

Just wanted to let you know that this question was covered here. To sum up what was said there, we advise clients against having their top FAQ default to “open” because that causes us to lose analytics on which FAQs are being interacted with the most. Hope this helps!
