Update Facets Casing

Hi Team,

I’m looking to update the casing of the facets on my client’s experience. If you refer to the screenshot below you’ll see some facets are in all caps whereas others aren’t. These facets are being controlled from a custom field in the Knowledge Graph and I’ve updated all of the options within that to use sentence casing - I assumed that would then update how they displayed on the front-end Answers experience but that doesn’t seem to be the case.

Hi Scott,

This is a known issue that we’re working on fixing. Basically, because facet values are case insensitive, whatever the “first” value that Answers sees becomes the display value, and it can’t be changed. In the future, we will fix this.

For now, can you email support or file a bug, so that our engineering team can manually fix this?
