Upload error for new multi-language entities

Hi there,

I tried adding multi-language entities through file-upload to my playground account (sandbox account: 2656906 - saved the upload for later). But when trying to upload the file it gives me an error: “Unable to add an entity with multiple locales.”

Does that mean that I can only add language profiles to existing entities but cannot upload two language profiles when creating the entity?

Hi Laura,

Yes, at the moment you can only upload alternate language profiles for existing entities. I’ll be sure to pass on this feedback about having the ability to upload multiple language profiles while creating new entities!
