Starter Details | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

The Healthcare starter template includes a number of resources to kickstart or bolster your Yext account with everything from a Search experience to landing pages to Analytics dashboards complete with various reports. Read this guide to familiarize yourself with the resources included and learn how to apply the starter to your account!

What’s Included

Knowledge Graph

Entity types & entities

This starter takes advantage of the built-in Healthcare Professional, Healthcare Facility, Job, and FAQ entity types. It provides you with five sample entities for each type which you can edit, duplicate, or export to get a sense of how your data should be structured to fit with the template.

  • 5 sample FAQ entities

Fields

While the starter mostly uses built-in fields, it also includes a few custom fields that help broaden the scope of data that can be surfaced through a number of products. These custom fields are listed below:

  • Locations Practicing At field
  • Practice Names field
  • Primary CTA field
  • Related Doctors field
  • Specialty field

This Starter contains two Search front ends and two search backends. Depending on your use case, you can choose to install both search experiences or delete whichever one you do not need. These are the two search experiences included in this Starter:

Pages

This starter comes with two out-of-the-box sets of landing pages for your Healthcare Professionals and Healthcare Facilities. Each sample entity (and any entity you add to the account) of these types will generate a new page, containing information such as address, headshot/logo, relevant FAQs, insurances accepted, medical certificates, and more.

Analytics

Dashboards

Finally, this starter includes four dashboards to measure user interaction with your Pages and Search. Various custom reports will tell you how your customers are searching and interacting with your landing pages.
