Introduction | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

Chat supports a Slack integration in the form of a Slack bot app, which is a webhook to ChatApiServer integration endpoint. Upon receiving a Slack mention event, our endpoint will pull the corresponding thread messages and feed it into our Chat flow as message history. The generated response is then sent as a reply in the thread.
