Zendesk Integration with Yext Chat enables live-agent handoff with the Zendesk Support workspace. This integration utilizes the Zendesk Web Widget for its user interface, while Yext Chat powers the chatbot functionalities. Users engage with the Yext Chat bot for initial support, and the chatbot seamlessly connects them to a live agent upon request and agent availability.
