Step 3: Provide Zendesk Webhook Credentials

  1. On the General Settings screen, select Zendesk in the dropdown of the Third Party Integrations field.

  2. Provide your Zendesk webhook credentials in the required fields that appear below. When the chatbot reaches a handoff step while executing the goal based on a user’s message, it will transition control to Zendesk to connect the user with a live agent.
