To install the Confluence Blogs Connector:

  1. Navigate to the App Directory and search for the Confluence Blogs Connector or Confluence Pages Connector.
  2. Review the app details and click Install.
  3. Allow the connector to access your Yext Account by clicking Next.
  4. Input the necessary information:
    • Subdomain, which is the first part of your Confluence account URL e.g., [[confluenceSubdomain]].atlassian.net/wiki/home.
    • Username, which is the email address you use to log into your Confluence account.
    • Password, which is the API Token that you already generated.
  5. Click Authorize, which will install and run the connector.
  6. You will be redirected to the Confluence Connector overview page. You’ll be able to see a summary of the new entities created in the Activity Log. If the summary indicates there are Failed Entities, you can click Download Results to troubleshoot why the connector failed to pull them in.
  7. Check out the newly created “Confluence Blog Post” or “Confluence Pages” entity types in the Knowledge Graph to see all of your freshly pulled blog entities!

If needed, follow the steps again for the other connector to pull in both types of content.
