Introduction | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

Overview

This guide will take you through the process of going live with Yext Listings: setting up your business data, launching listings, and maintaining your listings moving forward.

In this guide, you will:

  1. Prepare your publisher accounts: Get your Google Business Profile, Facebook, Apple, and Yelp accounts ready to connect with Yext.
  2. Set up your entities in Yext: Configure your data structure in Yext Content and import your business data. You can upload from a spreadsheet, import from your Google Business Profile account, or choose other methods to get your data into Yext. Then, organize your entities to sync with Listings.
  3. Launch Listings: Go through the Listings Launch flow to link your publisher accounts, assign licenses to entities, and sync your entities with the Yext Publisher Network
  4. View and manage your listings: Learn how to review your configuration and monitor the status of your listings
  5. Launch additional listings: Learn the options for adding new listings after your initial launch
