Step 2: Link Your Apple Account and Locations in Yext

Next, you’ll add your Apple Business Connect account as a linked account in Yext, and assign your linked account to your locations.

  1. Log into your Yext account and click the Account Details icon in the bottom left corner of the navigation bar, and then click Account Settings.
  2. Click Linked Accounts.
  3. Click on the Link Account button for Apple.
  4. In the modal that appears, log in to your Apple Business Connect account.
  5. Select the company from Apple Business Connect that you’d like to connect to Yext. Then click Connect.
  6. The Linked Accounts page will refresh, and you can view the account you just linked.

Step 2: Assign Linked Account to Your Locations

You now need to assign your linked Apple account to your locations in Yext.

  1. On the Linked Accounts page, select the location you’d like to assign the Apple Business Connect account to by clicking one of these options:
    • All available locations…
    • Select folder…
    • Select locations…
  2. After clicking one of the above options, choose the relevant locations.
  3. Click Link this account.
  4. Click Link Account to confirm that you’d like to assign this Apple Business Connect account to the locations you’ve selected.
