Introduction | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

Yext Review Generation allows businesses to send email and SMS invitations to their customers to request a review using the Review Balancing URL. This URL directs users to third-party review sites and/or your first-party review collection page, depending on the distribution you set for the review balancing algorithm (learn more here ).

Using the Yext APIs, businesses can build out entirely custom review collection experiences, providing the infrastructure to build out bespoke integrations for sending invitations and receiving reviews.
