Introduction | Yext Hitchhikers Platform

Yext Review Generation allows businesses to send email and SMS invitations to their customers to request a review, which is collected via a First Party Review Collection Page.

Using the Yext APIs, businesses can build out entirely custom Review Collection Experiences, providing the infrastructure to build out bespoke integrations for sending invitations and receiving reviews.
