Background

Now that you have a saved filter for any entities that don’t have hours set, you need to export these entities into a file and send them to your CEO, Marty. You also decide to set up an automated export to your email, so you can receive this data on a regular basis.

Your Challenge

Export data for the saved filter “Hours Data Check.”
- Filter your entities to the “Hours Data Check” saved filter. Then, at the top of the Entities table, select More Actions > Export Entities.
- On the Basic Info tab, keep all the default settings.
- On the Export Scheme tab, include these fields:
  - Entity ID
  - Yext ID
  - Territory
  - City (configure this field and edit the Column Name to say Restaurant City)
Save the export with the title Restaurants without Hours Report.
Set up automated delivery on your new saved export.
- Schedule an export to send to your email address on a monthly cadence.
- The subject line should say Turtlehead Tacos Restaurants Missing Hours.
- The start date can be any date in the future, at 9:00am Eastern (New York Time).
Submit your challenge.
After submitting your challenge for credit, delete your saved export:
- Navigate to Knowledge Graph > Configuration > Saved Entity Exports
- Find the saved export to delete. Click the dropdown arrow (next to the Edit button) and select Delete.
