Add agent handoff to Chat Bot

Hello! The new chat bot feature sounds like it would be incredibly helpful for our company. The only thing preventing us from implementing it is that it does not seem to have the option for the chat bot to hand customers off to a live support agent. This would be useful in cases where the bot is unable to assist the customer further and a human is required (to cancel an order, change a shipping address, etc.). Could this option please be considered as an addition to the chat system? Thanks!
