Adding ZenDesk Chat Back

Hi, I am new here, so I hope I am posting this in the right place. I have implemented Yext into my ZenDesk guide page. During that time, we also replaced the chat widget as well. Well, I need to add it back and was wondering if anyone knows how to do that?

Thanks for asking this question in the community! It seems as though this would fall under the Zendesk side and we were able to find an article to help you, Adding Web Widget (Classic) to your website or help center.

There are a few simple steps as listed below:

To add the Web Widget (Classic) to your help center

  1. In Admin Center, click the Channels icon () in the sidebar, then select Classic > Web Widget .
  2. Click the Setup tab, if it is not already selected.
  3. Click the Add to Help Center toggle.
