Hi,
I was wondering if it is possible to monitor the activity of field users that are responding to reviews. Could I create a report to see which users replied to a review for a certain entity in a certain timeframe?
I had a look in the monitoring and analytics tabs and the closest I got is this:
In the monitoring tab, I filtered for an entity, date range, and awaiting response = no.
From there I would have to manually count who responded to how many reviews.
So I was wondering if there is a better way to do it?
