Hi Team,
In the first section of the Answers final challenge I’m getting a publish failure when trying to publish my new job page. The build appears to have gone through successfully so not sure what’s prohibiting the publish from going through though everything appears to be working/rendering as expected within the preview. Screenshot attached!
A few hangups on the final challenge (which I believe I’ve covered)
-
add searchable fields to the Jobs Configuration. in the Jobs Config (screenshot below):
-
Update locale configuration with your experienceKey and locale (Screenshot below):
-
Add custom job card to the job experience (screenshots below):
Hey Lindsay,
Looking into the publish failure, but here are some of the items that you’ll need to fix to pass the challenge!
- In your joboverride card, make sure there are spaces around the “|”, ex you should have
subtitle: profile.c_jobDepartment +' | '+ profile.employmentType
. Also make sure that you always preface fields with profile.
.
- In your Jobs Answers Backend Config, make sure you set
builtin.location
to also be textSearch
.
For some reason your repo didn’t seem to have a locale_config.json file - I’ve added this and pointed it to the right answers experience.
Let me know if you run into any other issues completing the challenge! The publish failure shouldn’t block you from submitting in the meantime - as long as your changes are committed and your live preview looks good, you should be good to go.
Hello @afarooque.
I have the same problem. It is impossible for me to publish and I can’t find the locale_config.json file.
Could you help me?
Thank you very much
Ok, problem solved
I have copied the “locale” from the other site and updated the experience key.
Thank you in any case for the support
