I have come across a scenario where a client provided all of the photos for the “Photo” field of their entities as URLs. The photos were uploaded and naturally have a 1:1 aspect ratio. We would prefer they be cropped to a 3:2 aspect ratio. I have seen how one individual photo can be cropped this way by clicking into the entity’s field and editing the photo, but is there a way to do this in bulk for all of the entities that have photos?
Bulk selecting the entities and editing notes that they have different content (since all of the photos are different) and thus the only option is to reset/delete them all.

Great question! Entities that are using the same photo URL in a field can be edited in bulk within the Knowledge Graph. You can do this by clicking into the relevant field and hitting “Edit” on the image. The aspect ratio options are in the upper right corner.
However, it sounds like this client’s entities are using different content, so the only way to update multiple aspect ratios at once is grouping them by individual images and going into each photo’s settings. It might be easiest to update the aspect ratios of the original photos and re-uploading them to Yext if every entity is using a different image.
