Are obsolete events automatically unpublished?

Hi,
Recently we noticed that obsolete event pages were unpublished with no action by our side.

Is this the standard behaviour for entity type “event” ? In this case, is there any way to switch this behaviour on / off?

Thanks for sending over the details. I have confirmed that we automatically unpublish pages 30 days after the end date of the event because Google tends not to surface pages for events older than 30 days.

Currently, this is not configurable but it something we can consider adding to our backlog at a later date.
