Boost Vertical Not Working

Hi Team,

I have a client for which a popular query not returning results is “hours”.
I am trying to boost the Locations vertical whenever any query involving hours is searched by adding this to the search configuration:

However, the Links vertical is still the only one that appears on the universal tab, and Locations does not appear at all - despite a boost value of 500 being pretty high. Could anyone kindly advise on how to troubleshoot this?

Hi Luc,

The BOOST_VERTICAL_INTENT action won’t boost a vertical if it’s not in the results set in the first place. I might try mapping hours as a synonym to “locations” instead so that vertical appears.
