Can I Use Query Rules to Blacklist Certain Entities for some searches?

I have a health care client who offers flu and other types of vaccines, but they want to blacklist those services when someone makes a covid vaccine related search. Can this be done with query rules?

Hi @Yukio_Yasutake - you can use a saved filter to select certain entities by query (and therefore enable blacklisting). Have you tried this? @Ben_McGinnis let us know if you found any additional solutions!

Yes, we can use saved filter for enabling blacklisting permanently. However, they want to avoid some entities under a particular queries. Maybe, we can use query rule to hide those entities…

@Yukio_Yasutake that’s exactly what I was thinking! You could just set up additional saved filters to exclude certain entities on a query or keyword phrase basis using RegEx.
