Can you add business listing categories if the one you need doesn't exist?

I have a client that is a biologics medical device company. When I look at the business listings categories in YEXT, there isn’t anything that fits this company. Is it possible to add categories to the list?

Their corresponding SIC code is 3841 and their NAICS code is 339113. If that makes a difference.

You can follow the instructions in this Help Article to see the full list of eligible categories by entity type and country. This list is based on mappings to categories on each site in the Knowledge Network.

For this client, here are a couple of category suggestions:

  • Health & Medicine > Medical Equipment > Surgical Appliances & Supplies
  • Health & Medicine > Medical Aids & Supplies > Medical Supplies
