I am looking to upload our product and services to multiple local listings. I know our GMB account and Yext account are already synced. I just can’t seem to find the field in Yext to fill in and apply (in assets). Please let me know if anyone knows how to do this!

Great question! With your synced Yext account, you’ll be able to send information about your business products/services to your GMB listings through and Enhanced Content List, or ECL, if your business category is eligible.
The Products & Services ECL will only show up as a separate menu section on Google (mobile devices only) if the entity has categories that qualify it to have the ECL. The ECL can contain whatever information you would want to send, given that the attributes fit within your given GMB category.

You can work with your account manager on setting ECLs up and turning on the feature, after which you will be able to see the “Enhanced Content Lists” section in your Knowledge Graph.

Under our Knowledge Graph tab I am unable to find; Menus , Products & Services , Bios or Events sub-tab.’ Which the instructions say I must select to create the ECL? Any thoughts on what this issue could be?
