Can't load "Best Practices - Answers Configuration" community page

Hello,

I get an infinite loading spinner and an error in the console when I try and visit this url: Best Practices - Answers Configuration - Hitchhikers

Here’s a screenshot of the page and the error I get:

I’m seeing this in Firefox (86.0 (64-bit) on High Sierra 10.13.6) and Safari, but not Chrome. I’ve tried using a private window / disabling extensions but that didn’t fix it.
