Hi Team,
I added a custom field called FAQ Categories, of the Single Line Text type, into the Knowledge Graph. I’ve successfully added Facets on this field, which look great! However, in QAing my experience, I’ve realized that a given FAQ may have multiple categories.
Do facets support text list custom fields? I checked the Facets Training Module and did not see anything that suggests that facets only support single line text fields, but wanted to confirm this is the case.
