Entity Template - "Copy data from Existing entity" with Secondary Languages

Hey Team!

I created custom entities for my client’s pages. The pages have content in both French & English.

When setting up Entity Templates it so easy to just select “copy data from an existing entity”! However, I have noticed that this call only pull in the French data & not the English data.

Is there a way to copy the data from a secondary Language Profile?

Note: My templates each have the appropriate language set

Great question, right now there is no way to directly copy the content from an Alternate Language Profile to a template, although we may revisit that in the future. Currently, the “Copy from Existing Entity” functionality pulls data from the Primary Language Profile of the selected entity, regardless of the language.
