I have created an entity type called “Integrations” for one of my clients. However, when I search for “integrations” in the Staging experience, the “Integrations” vertical is showing up below my “Help Articles” vertical.
For reference, I have tried switching around the searchable fields on the builtin.entityType field from just NLP Filter to include text search as well and I am seeing no change. Any assistance as to why this might be would be helpful!

This is interesting because the Answers algorithm currently ranks verticals based on highest semantic similarity (the help articles have “integrations” in their name), even though there is an NLP filter applied for builtin.entityType
for the integrations vertical. I’ve raised this to our Product team to see how we can incorporate this NLP filter in the vertical ranking algorithm as well.
In the meantime, I’d suggest using query rules to boost the vertical for that specific search as a workaround.
