I’ve followed the directions to create the 2 filters described in Module 14 and double/triple-checked the work. However, when submitting the challenge I’m getting a response saying neither filter was created. There’s no specific guidance in the error msg, but it’s a pretty simple exercise; is there a problem with the sandbox environment?

It looks like you’re looking for whether an entity contains the string ‘Restaurant’ rather than filtering down to entity type:
We’re looking for the more specific criteria of Entity Type is Restaurant. You’ll notice that when you change these filters, you’ll also see entities appear in your saved filters as well!
That was it! The default value in the dropdown menu was “Entity” so I didn’t even check for other options.

Hey running into a problem in the challenge for Module 17 (users). Adding Meredith Xu as a user and getting an error that her email address and username already exist. I can’t complete the challenge until this is resolved. I get this for every new username I’ve entered including the most recent and ridiculous one which is 1234meredithxu5678the9101112hitchhiker
Hi Alex,
Are you clicking “Add User” after entering the edited username? I’ve noticed that the “username already exists” message shows up mistakenly sometimes before you try to save the user. This is slightly confusing, something the Yext team is aware of and trying to fix.
