Hi team,
I noticed that some accounts have access to the “Drive-Through” attribute in the “Amenities” section of the Google My Business attributes in the Knowledge Graph, while others don’t. What kinds of entities/accounts get access to this attribute? Is there a way to turn it on for an account that doesn’t have it?
In general, what determines which GMB attributes are exposed in KG for a given account?
Thanks!
Hi Pegah,
The GMB attributes that are displayed in the platform are determined by the Primary Category for a given entity. There’s no way to “turn on” an attribute if it’s not associated with the entity’s Category (assuming the currently set Category is accurate for the entity).
Best,
Josh

There is also “More Hours” for GMB now where you can set the hours for Drive-Through as well.
