Holiday Hours Functionality

This is a question that surrounds the functionality of the Holiday Hours field. When setting Holiday hours does this affect all aspects of a business’s hours for example if I have drive-through hours and set Holiday Hours will this in effect also change the drive-through hours as it will the business hours, or would you have to schedule an update to change the drive-through hours when setting holiday hours? We have a bank client that is having sudden closures due to winter storms and it appears our Google listing is updating with the new business hours that are being fed by the Holiday hours field, but the drive-through hours are not changing.

Making changes to the Holiday Hours field doesn’t carry over to any other “hours” fields on an entity. Those will need to be changed separately. Let us know if there are any other questions!
