I am new to Yext and I work for LDS Employment Service. Each of our locations serve several cities and I would like to make locating a parent center on the internet easier. For example, our Albuquerque center serves 12 cities. I would like to make it so when a person Googles “LDS Employment Services, El Paso, TX”, for example, the Albuquerque Center will come up. I tried putting the service area cities and States in the Gemodifier field, hoping that would work. Am I on the right track?
Business Details > Geomodifier is field which is automatically included for location entities, and it syncs out to Listings facility for publishing your locations listings. N.B. Not every publisher supports the Geomodifier field.
Since “Geomodifiers” can be used uniquely for each location, and are often the city, region, shopping center, mall, or a different location descriptor, you can use like you are planning to use it. However, if there is specific expectation that you are willing to achieve, please share it so that the approach can be confirmed accordingly.
